I recently discovered Erin Motz of DoYouYoga.com and her 30 Day Yoga Challenge (she has a playlist on her YouTube channel). I’ve been trying to build up a consistent home practice and found Erin’s classes to be great. While any health routine is reliant on self discipline, a great yoga instructor (gentle, generous, understanding) is especially important to me and motivates me to persevere. I also love Ekhart Yoga.
